ACID AND CAUSTIC FREE DE-FOULING AGENT FOR OWS SYSTEMS

Eco’s EmulSyn is a powerful emulsifying agent specifically designed for use in coalescing oil-water separator systems. When used as directed the safe and effective cleaning agents easily remove the fouling and buildup that occurs in OWS systems. EmulSyn is 100% readily biodegradable, non-flammable, non-toxic, non-irritating and with its triple-zero HMIS score, you can store and use it however you wish.

DILUTION SPECIFICATIONS

LOWER COALESCING – 15 gallons per separator
UPPER COALESCING – 2 gallons per separator
*note necessary to pre-dilute prior to usage

USE DIRECTIONS

Drain oil/water from the separators. Visually inspect to ensure separator tanks are empty. Fill lower section of each separator approximately ½ full of water. Add the required amount of Emul-Syn to each lower section. Open the upper section and add the required amount Emul-Syn to each separator. Fill upper section with water to desired level. Follow manufacture’s cleaning and rinsing procedures.

DISCARD

Rinse empty containers with water and discard per federal, state, local regulations.
